Ministry
Tim has been an effective Christian leader in various venues for 30+ years, including ministry and advising roles as Teacher, Pastor, Chaplain, Board / Cabinet Member, Director of Church Relations, and President / Head of School of several academic institutions (ranging from High School to Post-Secondary education).
Tim has worked in various capacities with many ministries including but not limited to Geneva College, Prison Fellowship Ministries, Trinity Christian School, Memphis Center for Urban Theological Studies (MCUTS), Westminster Academy, Revelation 7:9 Task Force, and Lexington Christian Academy.
In ministry, Tim has a strong academic and practitioner background in pastoral care, leadership, discipleship, church development and dynamics, church history, church and societal diversity, theology, dynamic prayer, and financial management.
Business
In business Tim has been in operational and management roles for Christian ministries and academic insttutions including multiple financial, planning, and implementation responsibilities.
He has been on the Management Advisor Team of Wisdom Matrix (business consulting agency) for 10+ years – providing business management advice and spiritual guidance. The company specializes in marketing solutions, leadership strategy advising, project management, organizational systems development, best practices for organizations, and training solutions including online training and e-learning.

Tim is a dedicated studier of the Bible and Biblical theology, prayer warrior, and a voracious reader and learner. He is constantly seeking to walk close with Christ, and deepen and widen his understanding of God’s will and kingdom.
His hobbies include travel, history, literature, music, and theology.
Tim and his wife attend Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN, where Tim is also a Pastor.
